How do I send you my item for repair? |

Please view our website to find your item and the repair cost. Once found you can book it in with us online, or call us on 0845 602 6387 and book it in over the phone, and we will provide you with a reference number and an address to send it to. |

How do you take payment for the parts and repairs? |

We accept credit/debit card and Paypal payments.
How do I package my console when I send it to you?
For smaller consoles like the Nintendo DS or PSP, just wrap the item in a layer of bubble-wrap and place in a jiffy bag, this will be sufficient to protect your item.
For larger consoles like the Nintendo Wii or the Xbox 360, please send your console in its original packaging (how it was boxed when you purchased it) If this cannot be done, just wrap your console in several layers of bubble-wrap and post in a suitable box, making sure the console is secured within the box.
