| Select your model from the menu on the left and choose your repair. Once found please add this to the cart and proceed to the register page. If you cannot find your repair please call on 0845 602 63 87. |

| Complete Payment Securely Online |
| Once registered you can make payment for the repair with credit/debit card or paypal. You will then be emailed an invoice with reference number and address. Please send Playstation to this address with reference number. |

| Send item for Repair |
| Package the Playstation securely in a jiffy bag with bubble wrap and send by Royal Mail Special Delivery. |

| We Repair and test your Playstation |
| Once Playstation is received our trained technicians will complete repair and test before returning to you. |

| We Return Repaired Playstation |
| Once Playstation repair is complete we will package securely and return to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Repairs are completed and returned within 3-5 working days. |
